This Luxury Modern Farmhouse is a new two-story construction single-family residence with an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit and a 3-car garage. Located in the community of Woodbridge in Irvine, the neighborhood consists of a tight-knit community with regular events and activities that foster connections among neighbors. Designed in a ‘Modern Farmhouse’ aesthetic, the house encapsulates the essence of traditional farmhouse elements and transforms them into a contemporary home. This design features a cluster of volumes with large gable roofs which create unique moments of compression and expansion. The project utilizes traditional farmhouse elements such as wooden columns and covered patios to create moments of protected outdoor living spaces.
