The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens (SJG) is a repositioned campus which was guided by their signature aging initiative, Masterpiece Living, giving residents resources and programs to support them during this stage of life by addressing intellectual, physical, spiritual, and social needs.
The independent living building at San Joaquin Gardens consists of three stories of residential space. Inside, private apartments feature ample natural lighting, recessed ceilings in the bedrooms, spacious roll-in showers, and beautiful kitchens. Private balconies are also available, many of which overlook the outdoor walking path and shared patio area.
Healthy aging is encouraged with a variety of fitness classes including yoga and water aerobics. Dining options abound with three different dining venues and a coffee shop. A variety of courtyards were designed so residents can connect with nature while socializing with other residents.
