Silverado Beach Cities is a four-story, state-of-the-art community that offers all of the trademark amenities and services that have made Silverado famous for providing exceptional, world-class care in beautiful surroundings. Beach Cities is a secure environment specializing in caring for those with any type of memory loss.
The building is located on the campus of the Beach Cities Health District, a preventative health and wellness agency. DPA worked closely with Centerpoint Development, Inc. on the renovation of all four floors into a licensed facility for dementia care. All floors have dining and socializing spaces for residents.
The project features a 3rd and 4th floor balcony addition with a panoramic view of the surrounding areas. Residents may come outside to indulge in the sea breeze and eat a meal or snack with a friend or family member.
